Lightbulb Session – The Future of Work: Navigating Transformation in HR

HR is steering through rapid organisational changes, placing greater demands on both HR departments and professionals. In this session, we will evaluate HR's role as the backbone of strategic organisational transformation. HR is uniquely situated to influence and drive this change, adapting to rapid shifts in the business environment. However, this adaptation requires HR to embrace innovation, demonstrate future-thinking leadership, and develop capabilities that propel the organisation forward.

In this session, we will focus on specific trends that will impact the way we work. We will examine how these trends are shaping the future of work, impacting the demands placed on HR leadership, and reshaping how HR operates. We will also explore how HR can capitalise on these trends and seize the opportunities they present.

Mr Erik van Vulpen, Director, Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR)
